Denise Woods
Denise Woods is an Adjunct Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Media-Asia Research Group (MARG) at Curtin University of Technology. She completed her thesis, Australia in the Southeast Asian Media: From Hanson to Tampa at Curtin University. Her key area of research interest is the media representations of Australia in Southeast Asia and what impact these representations have on Australia-Asia relations. Apart from research work, Denise has also worked as a lecturer and tutor in media (including media in Asia) and communication units at Murdoch University and Curtin University.
